Xfinity INternet Plan changed and PHone service added without permission

Yesterday I received two different emails with two different changes to my account. My internet speed was upgraded at first, and then the second email showed that a phone line was added to my account. None of these things were requested nor approved by anyone on my account. I called and per the Xfinity app the changes have been removed but when i log on to my account on my PC it still shows the upgraded and additional services. When I called last night to make Xfinity aware of this issue, no one seemed to care that this happened without my permission and this along with the other billing issues I have had this past month, I am very concerned about xfinity's ability at keeping their customer's information secure. 

Earlier this month i had removed cable from my services to only have internet and made these changes prior to my billing cycle. But instead of it being done the way I requested so that my January bill reflected this change, it was not and i have had to call customer service 7 times to address this issue. While I am hoping this issue has been resolved, this new issue of my services being changed without any acknowledgement as to how they were done make me concerned the changes were made in retaliation to me for having to escalate my issues past automated texts and the first line customer service representatives. Especially after a manager PROMISED they would call me back and never did. 

Can someone please address this and help me understand why this is has happened? I need to be sure my account is secure.
