Xfinity internet not working, can't get a technician out.

My internet has been out, it's just blinking orange. I have tried troubleshooting everything. I've chatted with multiple agents and have been transferred 6 times. Nobody is sending out a technician. I need my internet fixed.

The concern is not "Community Center" help related................. Topic moved here to the proper help section, and for greater exposure to Comcast corporate employees (The Digital Care Team) for assistance.
