Xfinity Internet Issues

My WiFi has been down for hours now. It states there is a power outage nearby but this is not the case. How do I get actual help from xfinity?

I have tried to restart the modem several times. It goes back to flashing orange and occasionally green. All of my neighbors service appears to be just fine.
