Xfinity Internet essentials
So great Comcast has a program for low income households now, so they recognize that their prices are high. However, here's the rub, it's for new customers only. What?? I'm sorry but I been a customer for like 25 years and am low income so have been getting [Edited: "Language"] for years and now that they have a program, it's for new customers only. That's just wrong. 25 years!

It isn't just for new low-income customers. It's also for customers who haven't had Xfinity Internet within the last 90 days. However, you must meet all three requirements listed on their page.
An Official Employee might be able to help you find a plan that is more affordable for you.

Can you send us a direct message with your full name, name of account holder (if different), and service address please?
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon (speech bubble)
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
Press Enter to send it
