Xfinity Internet Down

My internet has been down since 10:00 am and 30 minutes after the issues I receive a text message saying I am having internet interruptions, no it’s been down for 4 hours.


I missed out 8 appointments I had with clients & potential clients which caused me to lose $300-$400.

Mind you this is the 2nd time in a week I’ve experienced Xfinity issues. When it’s having issues while I’m playing video games is frustrating but this is affecting my income which is the only source in this household.


I fully expect to not only get credit for the day for the Internet service but reimbursement of my loss wages. This is not okay Comcast/Xfinity

We understand that since 2020, more and more of our customers work remotely, and we've made strides to improve our network to accommodate that experience. When service interruptions do happen, our Xfinity Status Center is your best resource for any information regarding repairs and an ETA for restoration.  You can also use the site to request credit for service interruptions, if not applied automatically.
