Xfinity Internet down for 4 days

My internet has been down for 4 days now with no resolution. I have called a dozen times and they still can't get it fixed. When i initially called in on Monday June 29th they said the earliest appointment they could give me was July 4th 12-2pm. After another 4 calls I got them to give me an appointment on Wednesday July 1st.   Tech did come out and said something needs replaced in that green box near road and the signal is super low. They have still not made the repair. When i call in they can't give me any updates. How can I go about getting this resolved? Is there another number I can call besides the standard Xfinity number? I work from home and this is really affecting me with not having internet.

Please send us a DM with your name and address.

Here are the detailed steps to direct message us:

1. Click "Sign In" if necessary.

2. Click the “Direct Messaging” icon.

3. Click the “Start new conversation” (pencil and paper) icon.

4. In the “To:" line, type “Xfinity Support”.

5. As you type, a drop-down list will appear. Select “Xfinity Support” from that list.

6. An “Xfinity Support” graphic will replace the “To:" line.

7. Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window.

8. Press “Enter” to send it.
