Xfinity Internet Disappointed

I’ve had Xfinity since May 20 24 and I’ve never had any problems before this. I work from home and we use a VPN and ever since January 7, 2025. I was being kicked off of my VPN network and was having connection issues so not only was I sent home from my work for the day and lost money, but I wasted time as well. I spoke with a representative (Pavan) on the chat they said that I needed to upgrade and he “assured” me that it would fix the problem here I am on January 10, 2025 I upgraded and I’m still running into the same problem and I am also losing money because I am not able to do my job because of this. I am extremely disappointed in Xfinity service And I would not have Xfinity if there was another provider available in my area you would think after all the dissatisfaction from many customers, they would try to make a change. it seems like after a while of using their services. They purposely messed up your Internet connection so you have to upgrade.

I agree, as soon as I put my own modem and router in instead of their rented unit, nothing but problems.  I may be cutting the cable sooner than later.
