Xfinity infringement of customers with a hoa mandated monopoly of another company

Xfinity and many other providers recently came into our community .  We previously only had 2.   We switched to xfinity and we prefer cable and also to get Astros.   As of yesterday Howard Hughes signed a deal with a tiny company , centric, to provide forced internet on all residents and raised our yearly hoa by $900 to cover.  I would get a class action lawsuit if I were you.  Residents would support this.
