XFINITY INDIA REPRESENTATIVES LIE FOR CUSTOMER RATINGS
I have been calling since yesterday and keep getting routed to centers in India. I spoke with a representative and requested an immediate refund for my balance, as my service has already been disconnected. There is an amount that Xfinity needs to return to me. ($67)
This representative promised to escalate the matter so I could receive the money immediately. He reassured me that he had contacted the financial department and even sent me an email asking for my bank statement, which I provided. He assured me that I would receive the refund the next day.
However, I did not receive the refund, so this morning, I contacted them again and spoke with another representative via chat. This representative said the money would appear in my account within 4-5 hours.
When I called again this evening and expressed my frustration, asking to speak with a supervisor, I was told that I would not be getting the refund until 4-6 weeks. This situation is absolutely bizarre, and I want my money back.
