Xfinity in New construction home

We have recently moved into a new construction home and have been told to summit a ticket to Comcast property management. We were told we should receive a call in 5 business days . So far nothing from them on all attempts to call and contact anyone. They just give us the run around. Our neighbors next door have already had xfinity set up months ago
