Xfinity illegal and endangering practices
After 24 hours of lies and deception by Xfinity the driveway separating our house from from our disabled neighbors house was finally cleared by the Merchantville Police Department. We have all the information and evidence we need in this purposeful negligence case. Over the course of 24 hours we were told by 6 different employees that our case was a priority since there was danger involved. We were told initially that the issue would be fixed within one hour. No. Then the next morning by 10 am. No. Then a follow up call that resulted in the response that the supervisors were on break and would call within 30 minutes. No. 24 hours into this we finally contacted the Merchantville Police Department who addressed the situation promptly. We have a case number and Xfinity will be dealing with our attorney.
