Xfinity Hotspot

Hi!  According to the Xfinity app, there should be a hotspot at the address where I work but there is nothing shown that I can connect to. I am able to automatically connect to other Xfinity hotspots with no problem. Any solution would be greatly appreciated. I can private message someone the address if that would help. Thank you for your time!
