Xfinity home phone port out contact
Hi I've been trying to get help from Xfinity to complete porting out home line to another mobile carrier.
Mobile carrier responded: The port request for your number XXXXXXXX i is on hold because your previous carrier has not yet responded to the port request that was sent to them. Since you are the account owner, please ask them to respond to the request against the Port Order Number (PON): xxxxxxxxxxxxxx to expedite the process.
Checked the forum for similar experiences and only possibility of getting it done without Xfinity support was checking if pin 0000, might work.
Help appreciated as we have to move soon. Thanks!

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:
Click "Sign In" if necessary
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there
As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list
An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
