Xfinity Home keyboard display equipment return problem
Last week I canceled Xfinity Home. In that call with Xfinity I confirmed with the agent that I will return the device to the Xfinity store. When I did that, the store employee informed me that they cannot take it back because it has to "go to a different department" that the store does not ship equipment directly to. They said that I needed to call (or go online) support to have a UPS label made to return it via a local UPS Store. When I tried to go throuoght that process online, only the TV XI box was listed from which to choose to make the UPS label. It is very difficult to have a human agent to speak with to help address the issue. What can I do at this point to return the Xfinity Home display?
Thanks.

@markm56 Happy Tuesday! Thank you so much for providing the details of the situation here, so that we can help get things on the right track!
We'd be glad to help!
So if you are maintaining services with us, but downgraded and disconnecting Xfinity Home only, and have leased the touchscreen from us, it can also be returned to a local UPS store if the Xfinity store for any reason is unable to take it.
There, our friends at the UPS location can actually create the return label needed, and package it up for ya at no charge and send it back to us!
I've included a helpful link: UPS Store Locator
However, if upon establishment of the Xfinity Home service, you had purchased the touch screen, then you are not required to return it at all, and it is yours to keep.
Please let us know if you have any other questions!
