Xfinity Home: Force Sign-Out for all devices accessing

Both the new and original xfinity home apps are linked even with multiple password resets. How can I force a log out of all devices that have access via the apps? We have a lost phone and have concerns of safefy.

Hello, @ckmodele. I appreciate you making us aware of your concern of having this lost phone have access to your Xfinity home app. I'm glad to hear you were able to reset the password to these applications. Resetting the password should've done the trick but you can try removing the device from the list of registered devices to help. You can do this by following the steps provided in this link https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/manage-wifi-devices-my-account.
