Xfinity hates loyalty
Loyal Xfinity customer of 5+ years. New customers are getting more benefits than I do. New customer gets Peacock and Disney+Hulu included plus 1gig internet at $60 autopay. I get $75 same speed monthly and no Disney+Hulu. Peacock included in my Walmart+. Why are loyal customers not getting the same? I was told my bill would be HIGHER if I wanted same perks as new customer. Why Xfinity, why?

5+ years ago you were a new customer that got perks and benefits at the time. And those convinced you to stay as a customer. So, now you're complaining that new customers get different kinds of perks now - perks different from what you got at the time. And now you want new customer perks - again. Hey, I would like those, too, because I got no perks when I signed up - zip, zilch, zero, nada, NONE, but I am not complaining.
