XFINITY HAS BECOME THE ABSOLUTE WORST IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!

Last month after about 6 or 7 transfers to different agents, I was finally told that I should switch my service to the NOW brand, but he told me he couldn't do it for me I have to do it myself.  since I have to go to a totally different website to sign up I am under the impression that I will then have two different internet providers to pay every month, instead of reducing my bill closer to what is now being offered to new customers.  I am absolutely frustrated and infuriated that after a month of trying to get through to a human to get this done, I am still stuck in internet ai fury.  If I had a decent option to change my service i would have a very long time ago.  THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER ENCOUNTERED!  AND THEY DON'T CARE ONE BIT!!!  THEIR AI CHAT SYSTEM IS THE FIRST STEP TO TOTAL FRUSTRATION.  GO TRY TO CALL AND GET EVEN MORE FRUSTRATED.  GO IN PERSON AND THEY TRY TO HELP BUT THEY HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THEYRE DOING OR HOW TO COMPLAIN TO ANYONE.   THEY.  JUST.  DONT.  CARE!!!!!!!
