I have tried reaching xfinity customer service for a month now they hang up on me beofre getting to representatvie and they started that after i gave them bad rating on the text review they sent it seems like back lash from there part i tried fixing the issue initially through chat , i jave premium line that allows two upgrades a year and after first one the option was no longer available and no one in the chat new about promotions or how they worked and the people dont listen to what u ask today i asked 3 times for customer service number and the person kept ignoring me and saying that he or she was going tot ake care of the problem when the last 3 couldnt they then reffered to special team that i never got call for

And now theyre avoiding my calls seems sketchy for them to do buissnes like that

Hello @user_dob0g8! First I'd like to apologize for the frustration and the runaround you’ve experienced over the last month. That is absolutely not the level of service we strive for, and I apologize that our previous chats didn't provide the clear answers you needed.

To answer your question first: Yes, 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489) is our official customer service number. If you're ever having trouble getting through the automated system to a live person, I recommend using the 'Schedule a Callback' feature in the Xfinity App.

Regarding your premium line upgrades, I would love to take a look at your mobile account specifically to ensure the two upgrades per year feature is active. Send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account to get started.

To send a Direct Message:

Ensure you are logged in

  • Click the "Direct Messaging" icon
  • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
  • The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there.
  • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
  • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
