XFinity Getting Started Kit was stolen
Our Getting Started Kit was delivered to our apartment before our move in date, and was confirmed to be picked up by a friend. However, our friend's apartment was robbed and the kit was stolen. What are our options for getting a new kit asap as well as replacing what was stolen?
