Xfinity gateway not showing in account but devices are connected

I have multiple wireless devices connected to my Xfinity gateway, but the gateway/router/modem does not show on my account—can’t see it or devices connected.

When I log into the gateway via 10.0.0.1, I can see all information. 

No one can resolve when I chat. Will cancel service if not fixed.

Thank you for reaching out to us @JDARBY102! We’d regret seeing you go and would love the chance to make this right! Just to confirm, have you already signed out of the app, deleted the Xfinity app, downloaded the app again, and then signed back in?

@XfinityAldrik​  Yes. Removed app and redownloaded at least twice. The modem does not show via the app or when I log into my account via the website.

Have you had our services at a different address @JDARBY102? Could you please follow the steps to switch between linked accounts in this article here to make sure the app is showing the correct address the modem is linked to?
