Xfinity Gateway Never Arrived

My self-install kit never arrived despite FedEx insisting it was delivered. I’m just wondering what the best next steps are.

Good evening, @ltauzi1! I am sorry to hear that your equipment never arrived. We are happy to help out! There is a different path to take depending on the situation. What type of equipment were you expecting such as a modem or a mobile phone?

Great, @ltauzi1! I saw your post title but needed to make sure there was not a mobile device involved as well. We can help you with that right here. We can either set up a new shipment or have you pick up the modem at your local Xfinity store. We can also go through the process for a lost modem in shipping to get the missing modem removed fully from your account.

Please send us a direct message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the direct messaging icon located at the top right of this forums page.

Here's the detailed steps to direct message us:
• Click "Sign In" if necessary
• Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
• Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
• Press Enter to send your message
