Xfinity gateway delivered to wrong address

I had a gateway shipped to my new address in Texas, but for some reason the gateway was sent to my old apartment in Illinois after I filed to move addresses. Someone will need to go pick up that gateway. It is in a LuxerOne locked container. I don't need the gateway anymore because I picked up the gateway from a local Xfinity store Texas.

Ensure you are logged in

    • As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list.
    • An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line.
  • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
  • Press Enter to send it.
