Xfinity free iPad scam!. [Edited]

I fell for the free iPad scam promotion earlier this year and have been dealing with Xfinity and the collections agency for over six months!! I submitted screenshots from my conversation with Xfinity representative stating free iPad and SERVICE to be included in my Internet and mobile services. I did not want the iPad, I did not need the iPad and when it was delivered, I tried to return the iPad to Xfinity six times!! every time I contacted customer service, they apologized and said they would send me an email with return shipping address and instructions to return the iPad, I have never received an email. I visited to Xfinity retail stores to try and resolve the issue and return the iPad, but was unsuccessful due to their short return policy. Which is funny because the iPad was on backorder and I did not receive it until the return policy window had closed and noticed my bill. Now Xfinity has taken me to collections for $475.
