Xfinity forgot to bury my line

Xfinity replaced a broken outdoor cable in my yard over 6 weeks ago.  They left an orange coaxial line above ground and said it would be buried within 2 weeks.  Nothing has happened.  I have called repeatedly and gotten nowhere.  The first ticket was closed for some reason, and the second one was ignored.  How do I get this line buried?  It's been so long that all the plants have sprouted, and any new digging will really mess up my yard.
