XFINITY foreign contractor customer service scam

Greetings, I'm not sure who needs to know this, but...  within 20 mins of agreeing to a new plan (via phone) after my 2-year contract expired, I received a direct call from "XFINITY".  This person claimed to be the supervisor for the customer service person I had just worked with.  He said if I answered a 9 or 10 on my phone, in response to the texted survey question about my service with this person, I would get $35 credit on my next bill.  

I have never seen or heard of a customer service "supervisor"-- from any company-- call back and bribe me for a positive review.  

While still on the phone with this "supervisor", I texted "9" back in response to the survey I question I had been texted.  The "supervisor" was able to verify that was my answer, which proves this person had some kind of access to my account.  That being said, the customer service person I worked with was a "9", missing 10 only due to some language barrier issues, so the bribe was unnecessary.  The supervisor said my account was credited the $35.  

Here we are a couple weeks later and there is no account credit.  I can only assume this is an inside scam by whatever foreign contractor Xfinity has farmed their service out to.
