Xfinity Exterior Wiring

Hello, A tree fell on my exterior wiring and I need a tech appointment scheduled for wiring repair.

I have been without service since 07/27/26 and have checked the application on a daily basis since about a week and a half ago... The app reads that my area has an outage which was reported on 08/11/26 with an estimated time of restoration of 08/11/26 10:58AM CDT. Obviously we are now past that date and Xfinity assistant has yet to provide even a SINGULAR update about this outage. Regardless of whether there is an outage or not, I need a tech to assist with repairs so that if there truly is an outage, I get back online when the outage clears instead of having to wait even more time for a tech to show up for the repair.

The "No Ranging Response received - T3 time-out" error indicates your cable modem has sent 16 ranging requests to the ISP's network (CMTS) but received no reply, causing the connection to reset. This is almost always caused by upstream signal noise, loose/damaged coaxial cables, or excessive splitters blocking the signal from leaving your home.
