Xfinity Exterior Wiring

Hello, A tree fell on my exterior wiring and I need a tech appointment scheduled for wiring repair.

I have been without service since 07/27/26 and have checked the application on a daily basis since about a week and a half ago... The app reads that my area has an outage which was reported on 08/11/26 with an estimated time of restoration of 08/11/26 10:58AM CDT. Obviously we are now past that date and Xfinity assistant has yet to provide even a SINGULAR update about this outage. Regardless of whether there is an outage or not, I need a tech to assist with repairs so that if there truly is an outage, I get back online when the outage clears instead of having to wait even more time for a tech to show up for the repair.
