Xfinity equipment return

Hello,

I rented a house two years ago where they provided me with xfinity equipment and I connected my account with it so I could use it. I moved out two years ago and I am getting a request on my account to remove the equipment even though I don’t have it and it shouldn’t be associated to my account anymore. What should I do?
