Xfinity employee has targeted my house and cut off my internet multiple times.

I have receved threats form an Xfinity employee multiple times. He has cut off my network a totall of three times in the past week. It has proven to me that Xfinity Comcast does not care for its customers. i have called Xfinity multiple times and they just hang up. I am curently in contact with a lawyer and my next step is to file a law suit if i dont hear form them soon with reasons and the person who is targeting my house.

Was it a maintenance tech doing their job? Sorry you left out the context of how it happens out of your post

Having the same issue with an Xfinity employee gaining access to which devices are connected to WiFi and then getting a friend of hers that used to work at Xfinity to get the phone number to the device. She is the ex wife of my brother and has also been in his account, telling his 14 year old son when his payment is late and telling others that he has the “Hispanic package.”
Is this not illegal? She has no right or authorization to be in the accounts. She even sent a text message “accidentally” to us that was supposed to go to her friend about what kind of phone it was to which she needed the phone number. I contacted Xfinity and was told no one had been in the account. Either the employees aren’t tracked, xfinity is lying, etc.

But, since she texted the phone after getting the number, it’s apparent her mission was accomplished.
