I’ve been dealing with the same issue for almost a year there’s no way I paid to be placed on a installment plan and I haven’t seen a bill yet that reflects the installment plan I had to post date 2 checks in order to speak to a live representative which is even more ridiculous i’m being charged for services I don’t have and my bill for low speed internet is $600 a month i’m contacting the attorney general the bbb and filing litigation there’s absolutely no way

Installment plans are set up through the Xfinity Assistant, so not sure if something may have been set up through there: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/installment-plan-balance-due.

• Click the "Direct Message" icon in the upper right - it looks like a chat bubble
• Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon just to the right of Conversations
• Type "Xfinity Support" in the "To:" line - do not use the Employee's name!

• Press Enter to send it
