Xfinity [Edited] for real i need help setting up service

Im tired of typing my issue over and over [Edited: "Inflammatory"]. The only reason im dealing with you is my 79 yo mother has your [Edited: "Inflammatory"] and i cant seem to get the cable box to work with the tv the box says cast and the tv asks to reboot. I call in to speak to a person and your lame bot hangs up on me because i state i want to talk to a live person. Your company is going to have me loose my cool. [Edited: "Inflammatory"] but this is about my 79 yo mom and making it right for her [Edited: "Inflammatory"] You make it soo challenging to speak to a person to get help? Why?… what are you guys hiding hmm? Or is it that ur company feels its better than the people they service because you put up every wall every opportumity that you can. [Edited: "Inflammatory"]

just give me the help j need to set up my moms cable with ur company thank you
