Xfinity dug up our yard and left wires loose without our consent

A crew of 3 came to our home and we were not home. They rung the doorbell and when nobody answered, they proceeded to dig a line all the way across our yard and dug up 3 areas. The grass is missing/damaged. They also have a wire running across the end of our driveway and loose wires in two access points that are not closed. I have photos and videos if necessary. 

We need Xfinity to have someone come out and fix everything (our yard, the loose wires, opened access points). We're actually pretty appalled that they didn't wait for consent. 

There doesn't appear to be a way to send a direct message without posting. Please reply so I can send a direct message.
