Xfinity doesn't send WiFi Extender warranty replacement
After three chat sessions where they said they would send me a warranty replace for a WiFi Extender purchased in Sep 2024, I still have not received any e-mail about a shipment or a delay in shipment. I even filled out the form on the exchange website and nothing! I have spent over 5 hrs on chats and gotten two tickets numbers, including being told I would receive an e-mail summary. So half my house has been without wifi for a week and still nothing from Xfinity. They seem more interested in pushing a free Xfinity mobile number than helping me out with a warranty repair.
Is there anything that can be done to get this replacement on track??
