Xfinity doesn't recognize my new apartment's address?

I received a call saying my apartment's address is not in the system. It is an established apartment complex built in 2019 and other residents at the complex have Xfinity. The address can be found on Google if you type in the apartment complex's name. She gave me a ticket number and said it would take a couple of days to add my new address to the system. I was wondering if there was a quicker way to resolve this issue.

Hi user_06488e. Thanks for posting on our Forum. It sounds like for whatever reason, your apartment was not listed in our system as available for service. Our process is to submit a ticket to our Serviceability Team whom can review your address / apartment number in our system and add it in so you can get setup with service. It sounds like this has already been done for you. If you'd like help with checking status of your ticket, we can help check on that for you. :)

To get started, please send us a chat message with your full name, complete address, and ticket number to Xfinity Support .To do so, click on the chat icon at the top right of the page.

@ComcastJoeTru For some reason it is not allowing me to send you a message, it's saying your username doesn't exist

Apologies for any confusion, you won't find my name in the chat system. You want to find Xfinity Support, and message that. Those messages come right through to my team. There we can help.
