Xfinity does not honor what they promise
I am beyond frustrated with Xfinity. I was told directly by an agent through text that I would receive a $100 credit for the issues I’ve been having. But when a live agent actually called me, she completely downplayed my situation and acted like the problems weren’t a big deal.
This isn’t the first time I’ve been given one answer by one person and then something totally different by another. It feels like Xfinity does not stand behind their own words or honor what they tell their customers.
As a paying customer, I expect transparency, honesty, and consistency. Don’t tell me I’ll be given a credit or resolution just to turn around and dismiss my experience. That’s not good customer service.
