Xfinity does not care about customers

For the last 2 weeks I've had my internet dropped over and over and over. I have called time and again and it is almost impossible to reach a human being.  after 2 weeks of trying to handle it by the telephone a technician was sent out I got home at 3:30 my appointment was between 4:00 and 6:00 I watched that man I could see through the window sit on his phone at a little after 4:00 he left and I get a message saying since you weren't home we're going to reschedule. The man lied he was in front of my house at 3:30 when I got home I backed into my garage and he watched me do it. I called immediately and it took forever to finally reach a [Edited: "Language"] person who was a zero help because I got a dadgum call center they have no power to do anything. But I needed was honest to goodness customer service somebody I could talk to somebody who could tell me what [Edited: "Language"] was going on. My next appointment is Friday evening once again we'll have to take off some time from work to be there Xfinity doesn't care about my time Xfinity doesn't care about anything except that I pay my bill in full and on time. I will be investigating AT&t u-verse.

Please send us a direct chat message with your full name and complete service address to “Xfinity Support”. To do so, click on the chat icon located at the top right of this forums page.
Here's the detailed steps to direct message us: 
 • Click "Sign In" if necessary
 • Click the "Direct Message” icon (upper right corner of this page)
 • Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon
 • Type "Xfinity Support" in the to line and select "Xfinity Support" from the drop-down list
 • Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window
 • Press Enter to send your message
