Xfinity did not keep their word

I’m contacting you because My bill is past due and I have contacted numerous of agents this past week and have been confirmed with transcripts and IDs that my Internet would’ve been intact until January 3 and I woke up today with my Internet disconnected and my family has no services during the holidays
