Xfinity device return

I’ve called three times about this and it never gets fixed. I set up a transfer of service to my new address and asked to cancel my TV service starting in the 21st of June. I keep getting calls and texts from Xfinity asking me to return my device and threatening me with charges. It also says a new modem/router was sent to my new address. I’m not moving or changing services for another week.  Your phone system and AI chat are the ABSOLUTE WORST.

user_2i1onk Thanks for posting on our Forums. I'm sorry to hear that these notifications keep coming in. Once the pending disconnect order is set up, there are reminder notifications sent for soon-to-be unused equipment, but there shouldn't be any charges appearing unless the equipment is not returned a few weeks after the order is processed. With a transfer to a new address, it does create a new account number for the new address and disconnects the current account when everything transfers.
