Xfinity destroyed my yard

I cancelled my service with Comcast/Xfinity recently. On September 30th, a Comcast/Xfinity construction crew came to my neighborhood to install underground cables for upcoming service. During this work, they dug up both sides of my front yard, which resulted in:

  • Destroyed grass and landscaping

  • Broken sprinkler system components

  • Street and sidewalk left covered in dirt and debris

I have photos and videos documenting the crew working on the yard and the damage they left behind. 

I would like to request that Comcast repair the damage caused to my property and provide a timeframe for when the restoration will take place.

Please let me know the next steps or who I should contact directly to file a formal property damage claim.
