Xfinity damaged my well line and has done nothing to fix
Xfinity came to my home to lay internet cable and said that a different department would be out to put the cable in the ground and that I would receive a call beforehand. I never received a call, rather some random guys showed up at 7pm to put the cable in the ground, didn’t speak English and hadn’t called the utilities companies to establish where my utilities were. They damaged my well line and therefore I have no water in my home. I have called to submit a trouble ticket and was told we would receive a call back from our case manager in 24-48 hours. It has been over 96 hours and I have not received any phone call or attempt at resolving this issue. Xfinity customer support just keeps telling me they are sending an email to request immediate callback and still nothing. I am at the point where I am ready to make a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau and take legal action if necessary.

And just like that no reply. They just want to make it seem like the problem got handled.
