xfinity cut my att line
Why does Xfinity have the right to come onto my property without any prior notification and dig up my grass to fix a line? Apparently it's because of a law called easement apparently that allows these companies to trespass onto property legally. Anyway, after digging up my yard, the people then proceed to cut my newly installed ATT fiber line, leaving the entire house without internet. After complaining to the workers, they informed us that ATT apparently put the line in the wrong place, which made them at fault. They then said that we should call ATT to fix the line and left without fixing it themselves, because who cares if the house has no internet do to their actions, right? This is why I will never, ever, be an Xfinity customer ever again.
