Xfinity Customer Service
The Xfinity website is inordinately difficult to use because it does not provide readily accessible information, nor does it provide a clearly-understood process for finding the information one requires. Customer Service is reduced to electronic means. I've not been able to find a way to talk to an actual human being. I've tried simply find a clear way to update my paymemt method, and there is NO way that I've found to easily find that method. For a communications company, this one is way sub-par on providing efficient Customer Service either by having an easily-contacted REAL PERSON to speak with, or by providing a CLEARLY-LABELLED-AND-FOLLOWED PROCEDURE for ites such as "Updating Payment Methods with Xfinity". No replies requested from other customers. A PROMPT AND HELPFUL RESPONSE REQUESTED FROM A BREATHING XFINITY REPRESENTATIVE!
