Xfinity customer service
I’ve been trying to contact a human who works for xfinity for 4 days. All I need to do is reset my email password, but I’m unable to access my old recovery email due to it being from an institute I graduated from. No wonder I dropped xfinity last year.

Our Customer Security Assurance department, CSA, specializes in this and can get that updated for you. They handle all of our internet security. You can see more about them at this link. The team is available from 8 AM-12 AM Eastern, 7 days a week. You can reach them by calling 1-800-XFINITY (1-800-934-6489) and requesting the CSA team.
