Xfinity customer service is awful

I have been trying to get help from a person for an unbelievably long time. I have been sent in circles by these AI chatbots that avoid getting me where I need. I need to speak to a PERSON now. My internet speed via ethernet directly from my modem to my computer is half the speed that my plan should be giving me.

I do understand that sometimes getting a call or calling in may be easier. However, we do deal with issues when you reach out using our Xfinity Community forums in public as much as possible to ensure other customers who also encounter similar issues are able to benefit. With that, have you by chance already checked out our Xfinity forums Tips for troubleshooting page? 

This will run through options you can check and help identify where the issue may be.
