Xfinity customer service is AWFUL

I need to speak to a customer service person. First of all I have a camera that’s down and my XFINITY Home is not working. Secondly I need to talk to somebody about my $500 Xfinity bill. If I don’t hear back from someone I’m canceling all my services and putting on blast how bad XFINITY is.

We would be more than happy to assist with troubleshooting the Xfinity Home service and can certainly look into your billing for you. To get started with both of those please send a direct message with your full name and the service address. 

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support: 
Click "Sign In" if necessary 
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or  https://forums.xfinity.com/direct-messaging 
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon 
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there 
- As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list 
- An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line 
Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window 
Press Enter to send it.
