Xfinity customer service is a joke
I have not had service for two days….. just says bad weather…. Have tried to get I contact with an agent can’t the phone sees and outage and hangs up. I say since this is how comxast treats us we either all file a lawsuit or cancel service all at once . Tired of these large corporations crawling an all of us

I can understand how frustrating this may be to not have any working services. Sorry for the experience you have had with the automated system dropping the call. We do provide the self-service option to check the status of a service interruption in your area. You can check via the Xfinity app, or you can check the status map. If you have registered your mobile number for Xfinity text alert’s you can receive status updates. Additionally, you can text OUT to 266278 to check for service interruptions in your area.
