Xfinity customer service! [Edited]
Why the [Edited: Language]have a page where you can make an appointment to return your equipment at an xfinity store and then once the customer gets there you tell the customer they have to go take it to the UPS store??!! Beyond stupid!!

Why the [Edited: "Language"] do you have my name as [Edited: "Language"]?? How can you even bill my card with the wrong name??!! Change this now!! I would call but that doesn’t do any good!!
