Xfinity customer service! [Edited]

Why the [Edited: Language]have a page where you can make an appointment to return your equipment at an xfinity store and then once the customer gets there you tell the customer they have to go take it to the UPS store??!! Beyond stupid!!

No just 3 workers (guys) in the store just sitting talking and looked at me like I was crazy and he just said you have to take that to UPS.
