Xfinity customer service does not make it worth it.

Let me start out by saying I’ve been a long time customer of Xfinity and Comcast for years if not decades at this point. And within the last 24 hours and talking with several different people to resolve some issues that they would not get resolved even though 3 different people on there team had told me that it would be resolved and that things were taken care only for each time they did not. That resulted in my having to call and speak to another 4 people and then they wouldn’t resolve my issue and said that the other 3 people shouldn’t have said they could and after I paid to have it resolved and still wouldn’t do it. So, I told they if they weren’t going to resolve this when they said they would 4 times in the same day that they can just cancel my service all together. So that’s what they did. They would rather lose a lifetime customer because of there [Edited: "Language"] customer service And unwillingness to resolve an issue that was told it was already resolved multiple times.

I don’t know about you, but that is not the way you treat customers who have been with you for years!

but in the end, it’s not like they care with their corporate greed. Because to them, I’m just a number worth a $150 a month. And now they lost that Customer for good.

Hello user_nu4kj2 thank you for your post. I would like to try to help you. I will not make any promises other than if I cannot assist you, I will involve the people/department who can.

Please send our team a direct message with your full name, the name listed on the account (if different), and the service address associated with your account, I'd be more than happy to look into this for you.

How to Send Us a Direct Message:

Click "Sign In" if necessary.
Click the "Direct Messaging" icon or visit Xfinity Direct Messaging.
Click the "New message" (pencil and paper) icon.
In the "To:" line, type "Xfinity Support".
