XFINITY courtesy
It has been 2 days that I requested to add voice services to my core package. No update and no sign of it being worked on. There is no way that it should take 2 days to [Edited: "Language"] some phone services to an already active employee account. Can I get some further assistance as honestly courtesy services quality is decreasing as time goes by. As a regular customer my phone services would have been on with no issues and as an employee it is taking outrageous time lengths.
