Xfinity costumer service disrespectful!!!
I’m literally a day old as a costumer to xfinity. And I guess as their warm welcome they wanna send my expensive plan and modem to the wrong house! And basically make it impossible to reach a live agent online! Ik because I did most of the sign up online in the live chat. So how on my second day all of the sudden it’s like xfinity never had live agents. Xfinity this is why people wanna switch to Verizon and I shouldn’t have thoughts of switching on my second day!
